An insulation-displacement contact (IDC), is designed to connect to the conductor(s) of an insulated cable by a connection process which selectively pierces the insulation of the cable to make contact with the cable conductor.

AWerks’ production line is fully automated to ensure that the insulation displacement makes good contact with the conductor without over cutting the conductor wires.

We can manufacture various cable lengths with different numbers of connector I/O.
